At the University of Bradford, Christoph Bluth teaches international relations and security in the renowned Department of Peace Studies and International Development. His doctoral work was on Soviet strategic arms policy, and he has published widely on Russian and NATO security policies. More recently, he has worked on security in East Asia with a particular focus on the Korean peninsula. He is a regular contributor to The Conversation. His expertise includes foreign security issues such as the non-proliferation of WMD and nuclear weapons policy. At the age of 18, he had his first book released. In addition to working as a research fellow at the Korea Institute for Defense Analysis, he lectured at Yonsei University in 2005. He previously held employment at the Universities of Leeds, Reading, Essex and King’s College London.
